Care Packs provide a level of support that often exceeds the manufacturer's warranty service. They can be bought anytime within the first 6 months of product purchase and are effective almost immediately (claims are prohibited during first 30 days of purchase). Claims can be made directly by the end user or by the reseller on the end user's behalf and the level of service includes next business day de-install & re-install with hot-swap loan unit for the entire period of cover. 3 year and 5 year Care Packs are currently available for LCD and plasma displays/ TVs projectors IWBs visualisers and rear-projection TVs:
