128bit SSL Encrypted Security

We take security very seriously at AVSL. All personal sections of the website and payment transactions are protected by our 128 bit GeoTrust SSL certificate. When entering one of these areas, an authetication process between your computer and the web server takes place, and your computer will validate our certificate. A valid vertificate means that an independent third party (in our case Thawte) has agreed that the web server belongs to the company it claims to belong to. Additionally, a valid certificate means that you can have confidence that you are sending encrypted information to the web server hosting the web page you are currently browsing.

Mastercard SecureCode and Verified by Visa

Visa and Mastercard now offer greater security when buying online with Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code. At the checkout process you will be able to register your card (if supported for the service) with a password. Any future purchases online will then require the correct password before payments will be authorised.
